Houses under 200sqm

$300 + gst - up to 25 images including aerial drone shots.

Houses over 200sqm

$450 + gst - up to 35 images including aerial drone shots.

MARKETING ADD ONS:

PREMIUM MARKETING FILM

$300 + gst - approx 2 min short film of the property inside and out including aerial drone footage, edited with great background music, location highlights and real estate logos etc.

TWILIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY

$150 + gst - up to 10 images at dusk.

TRAVEL:

Mileage will be charged for properties outside of Mangawhai Area 20km + at a standard rate of $0.76 per km (inc gst)
